 Identify and evaluate the risks associated with Project activities and take appropriate action to control the risks, Use the Project evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the Project and to identify areas for improvement.  Monitor all budgeted Project expenditures, Ensure that all financial records for the Project are up to date.  Report Project status timely and following standards, ensure that the Project operates within the approved budget / scope. Liaise with PL to ensure the effective and efficient Project delivery

Ĝommunicate with PL and other stakeholders in the region to gain community support for the Project and to solicit input to improve the Project.  Manage Project interdependencies, Identify and mitigate risks - drive out barriers to success, escalate as needed Ĝontribute to the Project strategy definition, Manage the Project plan - scope / resources and tasks Ěpply templates and records to document Project activities following our standards, Contribute to define the capacity plan, skill matrix and adapt the sourcing model and ensure that capacity plan for the Project are maintained timely manner.  Propose & implement initiatives to optimize plan / cost / quality, Ensure that Project activities follow standard methodology, process and tools  Plan/organize the delivery of the Project and its activities in accordance with the Global & Regional roadmaps, Governance process & standard IS&T operating model, Contribute to optimize delivery model following defined sourcing strategy
